Our Family Whole Milk is the bottle we drink at our own table — the same milk that goes out to every household on our delivery list, with nothing set aside or held back for ourselves. It's organic, drawn from our single alpine herd, and bottled within 12 hours of milking at the on-farm dairy. Because it's non-homogenized, the cream settles gently at the top of the carton rather than being processed away — give it a shake, or spoon the cream off if that's how you take it.

Best served cold: on cereal, in tea, or straight from the glass. It's the bottle that's hardest to keep in stock, because it's the one nobody in the house lets run out. Keeps for seven days from the date printed on the cap.
