Where do you deliver?
Currently within a 200km radius of Saint-Pierre-en-Auge. Paris, Rouen, Caen, and everywhere in between.
Do you ship nationwide?
Within our current delivery region, yes — cold-chain delivery within 48 hours of bottling.
How often can I order?
As often as you like. Most of our customers keep a weekly or bi-weekly rhythm.
What's your return policy?
Unopened bottles within their sell-by date can be returned for a full refund; reach out and we'll sort it out directly.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet. We are keeping things simple until we know we can hold the quality. Write to us if you want to hear when subscriptions open.
Can I visit the farm?
Yes, twice a year — spring and early autumn. Small groups only. Ask us for a date.
