A quiet devotion to the source.
Three generations of the same family have kept the same herd on the same fifty hectares of alpine pasture in Savoie. Every summer, the herd goes up to high mountain meadow; every winter, back down to the valley barns — the same route our grandfather walked.
Every bottle comes from this one herd — we don't buy in milk from anywhere else, we don't blend batches, and we don't add anything. What arrives at your door is exactly what the morning gave us, only cooler.
